Tag Overview

Every tag currently in use, across all 4 asset types. Click a section's header to collapse/expand it (handy once a type has a lot of tags). Counts show how many items of that type carry the tag. Click a tag's name to see every item that has just that tag — or check the boxes on several tags in the same group, then use the "Match Any / Match All" toggle to see every item that has ANY of them, or only items that have ALL of them. Use a group's "+ Add Tag" button to define an approved tag — assigning it to items is optional, so you can pre-build a consistent tag vocabulary for staff before it's ever used (unused approved tags show as a dashed "Not yet used" pill). Use the icons on a pill to rename (fix a typo), merge, or delete a tag.
